Of Dwayne’s numerous marketable screenplays, one has placed in the top ten of over 400 entries in the 2011 Cinequest Film Festival.  Previously, the same script was an official selection at the 2010 Beverly Hills Film Festival and won second place in the 2009 OBS Screenplay Competition, earning a read at Will Smith’s Overbrook Entertainment.

Dwayne graduated from the Warner Bros. Comedy Writers Workshop.  He studied screenwriting with the late Luigi DiFonzo at Harvard University, the late Carl Sautter (ABC’s “Moonlighting”) via the American Film Institute, and script guru Michael Hague at the University of Pennsylvania.

He scripted an episode of the late ABC series “Living Dolls” starring Oscar® winner Halle Berry and Leah Remini (King of Queens, The Talk).  His portfolio includes multimedia writing, including training video for the White House and interactive video programming for the Republic of Singapore’s Ministry of Defense.

Dwayne was Executive Producer of independent film “High Point,” raising the majority of the production budget and arranging international distribution opportunities. Dwayne also served three years on assignment at the White House, supporting the Bush and Obama administrations.
